Courses for February 2012

FIRST SATURDAYS
On the first Saturday of each month Samye Dzong will hold a puja, meditation or study group in a relaxed Saturday morning atmosphere. Everyone is welcome, particularly those who find it difficult to attend in the evenings. The sessions will be followed by tea and biscuits plus the option to help with the centre clean up. There is no need to book.

February 4th FIRST SATURDAY

INSTRUCTIONS ON THE PRACTICE OF CHENRESIG
with Ani Rinchen Khandro

Chenresig is the great Bodhisattva known as the Lord of Compassion. Ani Rinchen will explain the meaning, visualisations, chanting, and mantra recitation as practiced in the weekly Chenresig Puja.

This is a great opportunity for those who are new to the practice or who wish to deepen their knowledge and develop wisdom and compassion for all beings.
