FIRST SATURDAYS
On the first Saturday of each month Samye Dzong will hold a puja, meditation or study group in a relaxed Saturday morning atmosphere. Everyone is welcome, particularly those who find it difficult to attend in the evenings. The sessions will be followed by tea and biscuits plus the option to help with the centre clean up. There is no need to book.

March 3rd FIRST SATURDAY

THE FOUR PRELIMINARY FOUNDATIONS
Part 2 – Death and Impermanence
with Ani Rinchen Khandro


The Four Preliminary Foundation, or Four Ways to Change the Mind, are fundamental to the Buddhist view of how things really are and form the basis for all subsequent teachings. Change is an inevitable fact of life. Continuing with the second part of the Four Ways of Changing the Mind we will explore the Buddhist view of death and impermanence through discussion, meditation and application in daily life.
